Fundamentals

These classes are at the base of the fitness pyramid.  Exercises are performed in a slow steady state and assessed by the fitness professions to make corrections and build to the higher levels of the fitness pyramid. The classes are based around the mobility, flexibility, and calisthenic (body weight) activities. To progress and improve you need to work on the fundamentals and these classes are the perfect place to start your health, wellbeing and fitness journey.
