Claire has over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry.  Her main objective is to improve the health outcomes of the community in Blaenau Gwent, and she uses her boundless energy and humour to work towards achieving this.

Claire works in both the private and public sector and with schools where she has gained several qualifications including: My Kind of Yoga™ ambassador, Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer and nutritionist, 8 Les Mills programmes (Sprint, Body Balance, Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Attack, RPM, Body Step and BTM), Level 3 Exercise Referral (NERS), Exercise to Music, Pilates, Aqua, Circuits and Kettlecise.

Her Mission:

“I am a regular person just like you. I have experienced peaks and lows however the things that have truly helped me are the classes I teach, the people I meet and My Kind of Yoga™.  My Kind of Yoga™ is an inclusive, straightforward, light-hearted approach to yoga.  We share yoga through classes, and workshops. You do not need to touch your toes or wrap both legs around your head!  Ultimately, it's about feeling good in your body, and when you do, you will move with ease, not just on your yoga mat but through life!”

Her Passions:

Her family, her dog, personal development, making people smile and promoting wellbeing throughout the borough.
