Combat

Combat exercise is a combination of martial arts moves, boxing and aerobics.  It is a type of cardio peak training (defined and proven by Les Mills research), which is a specific blend of high-intensity and steady-state training that provides you with cardio training and fat-burning benefits.

 

Undertaking combat training can provide many benefits to your health and mental wellbeing including: burning calories/weight loss, muscle toning, cardio and stamina improvement, stress relief, improved reflexes, improved core strength and, as a non-contact workout, it has a reduced risk of injury.
