HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a form of cardiovascular training that consists of burst of intense training interspersed with resting time.

Taking a HIIT class has many benefits where you can get the maximum benefit in a short period of time.  Benefits include burning calories, raising your metabolic rate post-exercise which continues to burn calories, it can help to reduce fat around the body and gain muscle, it can improve your oxygen intake, reduce your heart rate and blood pressure and it can reduce your blood sugar.
