This full body workout is designed to burn calories Improve muscle tone in legs, glutes and stomach.  Using a step and weights you will be training in a supportive environment with guidance from Level 3 PT Claire Newell.  You can learn how to perform exercises properly with the added bonus of motivating music.

This class will include floor work to target your abs.  Although the centre has mats it may be beneficial to bring your own as there is also a stretching element at the end.

This class is suitable for beginners and advanced participants.
