Kay Cole
Kay has 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry.
Her interest has always been fitness, having been a running coach and undertaken many marathons.
She has now hung up her running shoes and focusses on helping other improve their fitness levels by running classes in ETM, circuits, spin, stretch classes, HIIT, LBT, body condition, kettlebells and strength and tone.
She is a qualified personal trainer and an advance trainer in Les Mills’ programmes of body combat and body pump. Kay is also developing her training skills in Les Mills’ Pilates and strength development.
