Yogalates is a fun mix of Yoga and Pilates which can help to improve your physical and mental wellbeing as well as encourage relaxation and reduce stress.
The exercises and poses found in Yoga and Pilates both develop your strength, balance, flexibility, posture and good breathing technique.
While the Pilates elements will focus on the flow of movement, challenging your body and providing an effective bodyweight workout, the Yoga elements will then not only add to these physical aspects but will also introduce an emphasis on relaxation and meditation.
