Our spin classes use stationary bikes to give you a high intensity cycling workout that’s fantastic for burning calories and getting in shape.

Spinning is great for working and toning your legs, but it also engages your abdominal muscles, helping you to build your core strength.  It’s also a fantastic aerobic form of exercise that helps to improve your cardiovascular system and increase your lung capacity.

Spin is a low impact exercise class, that’s kind to your joints and can be done by people of all ages and fitness levels.

Maximise your indoor cycling workout with this high intensity spin session that’s tailored to your own individual FTP rating (functional threshold power), ensuring that people of all ages and fitness levels can come together as a group to enjoy the class and hit their own personal training goals.

Our IC7 spin bikes feature a light up LED display that shows how much effort each rider is expending by showing what colour coded power zone you’re in.

Throughout the class your instructor will guide you through an explosive power-based programme, taking you through the 5 colour coded levels of intensity, ranging from very light to maximum, to get the most out of your spin workout.
